Easy, affordable and listens to the customer

The fact they look into your finances and ask for proof shows they care. The loan was tailored to myself and they could clearly see the benefits of offering me a lower APR on a existing loan. This saved me over £100 a month and has shows the numbers don't tell the story of a customers true financial situation. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Quick at deciding whether your approved or not when applying for a loan. Very low APR on personal loans, the lowest I've had! Easy to get in touch with customer support and they are very speedy at replying. Can't fault. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Applying and having a loan through updraft was so simple. Following the application on the app, it was done and sorted. Money in bank in 48 hours. Then on the app you can see the payment dates, amount and total to be paid. Easy to follow and find anything you needed. Live chat was easy and excellent as well. What can I say! Updraft is a god send, helped me when I most needed the support. Easy to use app, great spending insights and cool features like payce, allowing certain transactions to be spread over a long period of time with competitive rates and pricing structure.
