I have had used updraft twice now and both times the customer service has been excellent, fast an prompt responses from both email and the wonderfully styled and easy to use app. The emails i do get about any other services i always feel like they are composed by an actual person who cares and reaching out kindly unlike just another batch marketing email. They have alway been transparent and fair with the service they provide and have always kept me in the loop with my loan. I have recommended updraft to people and if I should need another personal loan in the future I will always go to updraft. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
