Quick application process slow replies

Very quick application process but very slow replies from staff over customer service. Also a few mistakes, all of which were rectified but things like taking double payments, then not taking payments and then harassing you for the money which you thought they had taken. Updraft is pretty great way to consolidate all the finances into one account. I've found it's saved me money and makes it easier to track what money is going out of my account each month. The interest rates are pretty fair and much better than most credit cards so its a great way to reduce interest charges if you are struggling to keep on top of everything.
