Updraft has been brilliant from the very beginning of my journey with them. I used it primarily to pay lower interest fees than a number of my credit cards, saving me hundreds of pounds. The best part is the customer service - it is quick and feels very human as opposed to speaking to a bank/company. They’ve always responded within 24 hours and have answered any queries or solved any issues I had at first point. Updraft is an excellent company to deal with , their loans are offered at a fair rate of interest much lower than some others , the whole process is easy and smooth , excellent customer service , easy from start to finish.
