Fair fuss free finance.

Turned to Updraft when other banks let me down. Pleasantly surprised at the the fair APR rates offered and excellent customer service throughout the process. Can’t thank Updraft enough for the help over the years in sorting out my finances. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Quick application process slow replies

Very quick application process but very slow replies from staff over customer service. Also a few mistakes, all of which were rectified but things like taking double payments, then not taking payments and then harassing you for the money which you thought they had taken.
