Updraft are one of the best loan companies I have dealt with and I have had loans with major loan companies in the past so I have much to compare to. There interest rates are fair and the process from start to finish has been amazing. The customer support team are super friendly and helpful and are really accommodating, from needing to change payment dates to help in needs of financial help they are second to none. Updraft always have people on hand to answer any questions you may have. Their app is very useful aswell as you are able to see more than just your loan, you are able to see your bank accounts and also your credit score. They are always updating your score aswell to make sure you are able to afford the loan and they will not put you in further difficulty. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023
