The customer service I experienced was excellent right from my first enquiry to the final loan offer. My queries were answered quickly and nothing I asked was a problem to the staff at Updraft. From start to finish I found the team and process friendly and easy . It’s stressful applying for credit as creditors can judge unfairly despite affordability, I didn’t feel this to be the case with updraft . Reviewed on: 6th March 2022
