This was solved by our Intermediary speaking to her and discovering there had been a system problem making it difficult to see alm the uploaded documents. We eventually got the offer. We then had to look for a new property due to work needed to the previous one. The offer for our new property was issued the day of valuation seamlessly. Read more Read less
