I have my 3 cats insured with VetsMediCover, one of whom recently had to have a couple of exploratory procedures for a medical condition. The procedures Misty had to have were stressful (for both of us), as was the cost which had to be paid upfront, but the insurance claims were dealt with swiftly and without any hassle which relieved a lot of the associated stress. VetsMediCover is a much appreciated comfort blanket for my 3 precious pets and I highly recommend them to anyone. Read more Read less

I called this company to ask some questions and get details about whether they would insure my pet. Was pleased at first as everywhere else I'd called had had at least a 10 minute waiting time and someone picked up immediately. However the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and being extremely difficult! Kept interrupting me and quite frankly I felt like she was treating me like an idiot. Wasn't seeming to actually listen to the questions I was asking and just wanted me off the phone. When she frustrated me enough that I pointed out to her she'd interrupted me repeatedly and wasn't letting me finish a sentance, she interrupted me again! I never ever just hang up on people or companies but I had no other option in this case, call didn't even last 3 minutes and didn't get any answers to my questions. Based on this 'customer service' alone I wouldn't touch this company even if it was the only option. Stay away if you know what's good for you! Read more Read less

I have 3 of my working dogs insured with VetsMediCover. I found most companies would not cover working dogs if worked on a commercial shoot where you were paid a small amount for the job. I have always found them very helpful and my claims are paid very quickly. Their policies are extremely reasonably priced. I have recommended them to anyone who asks who I use. Read more Read less

I found that above ALL other Companies you give great quality cover for a truly realistic cost, and I am grateful for that. I believe that lots of people opt out of insurance for pets because of the extortionate prices some companies choose to charge which are above their means. You give these people a real choice, peace of mind and most of all great care for animals. Thank you Read more Read less

Took a life policy out when my Dogue de Bordeaux was a puppy,he is now three years old. Unfortunately I had to claim the maximum in his first year. The following year different underwrighter policy went up to £200 a month. Now informed yet another underwrighter , and been told they won't cover his existing conditions. So in three years three underwrighters, and no life policy. Also started off with just veterinary fees policy for £35.!!! I Read more Read less
