Excellent Service & premium

All our insurance questions were answered speedily & knowledgeably. The policy 'small print' seemed to have no hidden surprises. The telephone questionnaire for existing health issues was straight forward and last, but certainly not least, the premium was very competitive. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2017

Very helpful

I needed advice on travel insurance for 3 related adults travelling together from the UK although 2 are resident in Holland. 2 are sisters with a frail elderly mother and 1 has an existing health condition. The adviser was able to guide me through the process and gave a fair quote. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2017

Helpful and flexible

I was finding it difficult to find good travel insurance because some relatively minor and definitely not life threatening medical conditions were pushing up the cost of the quotations I was receiving or making it impossible to get a quote. Voyager went through a full medical risk assessment over the phone with me and then offered cover at a sensible price. They were also able to provide cover for my girlfriend who is Austrian and lives in Austria - again difficult to find with the more automated insurers. I have not claimed from them so far but am very happy with their service. I have renewed cover for a second year Reviewed on: 23rd July 2017
