Travel Insurance Claim Not Paid. I made a claim for a changed flight. Voyager employed a loss adjuster who declared my claim was invalid. Reviewed on: 13th August 2026

Love dealing with Voyager for travel they have great friendly and knowledgeable staff. If I ever have a problem I can always guarantee that if I pick up the phone someone will help me straight away. Definitely 5* for customer service. Reviewed on: 8th August 2017
