Swift help and reassuring updates

I had an issue with a duplicated initial deposit and staff were able to resolve for me in minutes. Since then, I’ve received regular updates letting me know why certain decisions have been made concerning my child’s JISA, reassuring me of their mitigating actions where global uncertainty is concerned.
