Wealthify Review: Easy, Affordable, and Solid Returns

I've been using Wealthify for a while now, investing in a Stocks and Shares ISA under their Adventurous plan, and overall, I’m really happy with it. The returns have been pretty strong so far, which is exactly what I was hoping for with a higher-risk portfolio. The platform itself is super easy to use—topping up my investment takes just a few clicks, and there’s no complicated jargon or unnecessary features to navigate. One of the biggest pluses for me is the low management fees. It’s great knowing that more of my money is actually being invested rather than lost to high charges. Very, very poor customer service

Very, very poor customer service from people with unbelievable job titles! Asked a very simple question and got an amazingly rude message stating that I was "irate" and insulting their staff - I simply couldn't believe it. Strangely enough, the messages sent and received have mysteriously disappeared from my "in" and "out" box on Wealthify - however, I have a copy here as I requested the transcript at the time as I was so shocked if anyone would like to review them. Had hundreds of thousands with them, now clearing the last pennies. Great company while under private ownership - but went completely downhill after Aviva took over. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024
