Customer service needs improvement

I had an account that I genuinely received payments from. Without notice it was closed and no explanation given. It has been hectic trying to figure out how to reach customer service while locked out of the account, almost impossible. Great product all the same Reviewed on: 3rd March 2022

It's one of those services that you try and you don't look again. I have been sending money from UK to Bulgaria in the last 5 years and now using their debit card. Absolutely amazing product, cheap prices. Reviewed on: 1st February 2022

Easy, fast and good value

Have used TransferWise for a few years as have a daughter in NZ, but now use debit card for all holidays (well when we had those things...). Never had any problems and always incredible rates. Its actually called Wise now, but that was not an option to choose for the review. Reviewed on: 14th June 2021

This is a great service! Excellent value for money compared to high-street banks, transfers are pretty much instant without having to wait days for a SEPA transfer. I can't fault them so far. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
