Excellent Service - Friendly Customer Service Advisors

I had booked a holiday for my Family. My daughter fell and fractured her elbow two days before we were due to fly. Customer Service advisors were excellent when I phoned to change the policy so that it included my daughter's injury. Would highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 19th July 2019

Having searched around and been shocked at some of the prices charged by insurance companies for olderpeople, it was a pleasure - and reassurance - to find a company who understands medical conditions and is prepared to insure so that I can still travel abroad - thankyou!
