I lost my phone while on holiday and the service I received from start to finish was outstanding. I always knew what was happening and what would be happening next, which is so important in feeling secure with your insurer. Reviewed on: 19th July 2019

Amazing, easy and safe!

I cannot recommend this enough. As a person with cystic fibrosis I've found it impossible to get insurance for under £1200. World first solved my worries, made me feel safe and was well worth the cost! Thank you world first! Reviewed on: 19th July 2019

Only ok to take your payment - not so good when you need them!

Used World First Travel Insurance in the past because of the good ratings and great price. When i needed to claim my damaged phone, they responded quickly and contacted relevant department for me (it appears there's another company dealing with "gadget claims" - DIRECT GROUP. But here's where the all good service ends. Unfortunately "DIRECT GROUP" is a let down. They have asked me for proof of purchase, amount paid etc. etc. After submitting all requested documents they have refused my claim beause "there's nowhere on the invoice where it says NEW" ! WHAT!?? Phoned them up and asked if they ever seen on any invoice where it says NEW? They reply was "we have right to request additional information if we are no happy with the claim" This is just nonsense! I will not leave it like this, i have all the leggit documentation and i'll do my best to get my cover! World First Travel - i have purchased insurance from you, not from "DIRECT GROUP" and i believe you should deal with it! Please accept my star for a service i received so far ;) Reviewed on: 27th February 2019

I've used World First over 3 times now and I'm always happy with them. Being a kidney transplant patient, I need to know I'm covered and World First always deliver! No issues, no hassle! All staff are friendly and attentive! I always try and recommend World First to any other people i know with long term health conditions! Reviewed on: 15th October 2018

Thankfully I had no need to use the insurance but I'm confident by the outstanding customer service it would have been an easy process.
