A very professional company posessing the patience and sensitivity required when discussing pre existing medical conditions. They treat each condition individually and take the time to fully appreciate and understand what is being said resulting in reasonable premiums. This is very refreshing as other travel insurance companies just stick to a yes or no "script" without any consideration that with some conditions they can vary enormously from person to person and charge exorbitant premiums. Good Cover at good price

We have used World First for several years for our Travel Insurance taking the worldwide annual cover. Since we are now both 65+ some insurers will not provide cover of bump up the premium especially for pre-existing medical conditions but so far we have found World First to provide good cover at a good price for our needs. Excellent Service - Friendly Customer Service Advisors

I had booked a holiday for my Family. My daughter fell and fractured her elbow two days before we were due to fly. Customer Service advisors were excellent when I phoned to change the policy so that it included my daughter's injury. Would highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 19th July 2019
