We needed holiday insurance but do have a number of pre-existing conditions. All the necessary information was readily accessible and the detailed questions were easy to understand and left no room for doubt. Always use world first have done for many years but the thing with insurance you only know how good it is when you have to claim had to make a claim some three years ago sorted and paid out without any problems cant beat that. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
