When enquiring about pre-existing medical Travel Insurance, advisors are very helpful, reasonable price. Unfortunately had accident and had to cancel cruise, claim was dealt with promptly. Reviewed on: 17th August 2018

I rang this company to discuss my needs and found them very helpful, and able to cover me as I required at a reasonable price. Having had a cardiac problem many years ago, many companies either charge a fortune, or decline to quote. Happily for me, I was able to explain that I have been living an active life ever since. Found very difficult to get a decent priced travel insurance as I am in remission forlung cancer with prices for a single trip ranging from £1200 to £2000 As most companies have bog standard questions relating to cancer world first go through your personal circumstances and therefore Taylor your insurance and got a years cover for less than £100 would definitely reccomend them it takes a little longer to go through the procedure but well worth it Reviewed on: 16th August 2018

I didn't have to use it, but the price was reasonable. I added a protection for my laptop which was a bit expensive, and which I couldn't find how to do originally, meaning I had to call and figure it out, however they were helpful and responsive. Reviewed on: 16th August 2018
