When taking out a policy they look into details of any medical condition, and don't just judge out of hand; this gives you a chance to explain about any treatments or remissions you may have. Other companies it's a tick sheet with nowhere to explain any positive criteria. Reviewed on: 15th August 2018

Simple, reassuring cover

Was looking for straight forward holiday cover, and came across World first travel insurance. I found the whole process of choosing and buying the right kind of cover we needed very easy and straightforward, and all for a very reasonable price. Would defiantly recommend and use them again. I just insured my travel medical insurence .I ask for a call back on the phone because understanding online is dificult .The assistant was very helpfull and you can ask THEM questions .The price was quite good compared with some others .(But like all insurance you do not know how good untill you claim you hope you not have to find out ) RAYMOND S Reviewed on: 15th August 2018

WE found this site by chance and we are delighted we did. My wife has a medical problem and found applying for cover was far superior to other sites we tried. I tried a couple of companies before finding World First. I have now travelled twice with W.F. Insurance and have two more journeys already booked. I can speak of their economical prices.They beat the others. Fortunately I have not had any claims, but I expect the service would be as good as I have had to date. Arthur Tipper B.E.M. Peace of mind- twice!

I was unlucky enough on a recent holiday to have both my children taken to hospital, one with a broken arm and the other with a serious blood infection, the hospital took my insurance details and confirmed straight away that I was covered for both of these issues, even let me stay overnight with my young daughter which was amazing. I paid the excess on both visits but I can't tell you how much of a relief it was to have both my babies looked after without the stress of will they/wont they be covered.
