Very helpful staff and very competitive prices

The staff were very helpful when setting up the insurance and the price quoted was very competitive, bearing in mind the medical conditions involved. Also, having had to make a claim this was dealt with very satisfactorily. Reviewed on: 27th September 2016

I found this company on a blog from a cancer sufferer. Every other travel company that we tried discriminated against us because of my husbands cancer. World first asked more questions and then realised that my husbands cancer wasn't a death sentence and that he wasn't in immediate danger. They offered us a fantastic travel insurance at a fantastic price. I have passed this information on to my husbands consultant and he has passed it on to all other departments. I have also told lots of people about this great travel company. We thought that we would never be able to travel abroad again but thanks to World First we can. Other insurance companies only have to her the word cancer and they use it as an excuse to rip you off with extortionate prices. Thanks World First. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2016

After suffering spine surgery then a heart attack I was shocked at some of the quotes I received from some insurers. World First is the only one that I go with now as they offer good cover at a great price with my health screen. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2016

needed insurance for my daughter who has just finished treatment for leukaemia. This was our first holiday for 4 years and much needed. Online service is straightforward, I phoned just to check prices were correct and operator was fantastic. Have been recommending world first to all my friends, thank you! They have a very professional and bespoke approach to providing insurance for those with medical conditions. Having gathered lots of evidence they provided us with an excellent quote. I first contacted 'World First' a few years ago after being given some outrageous quotes from other providers.This firm were very thorough in the information,required even down to needing to know the weight of both my husband and myself.At the end of the process we were given a brilliant and affordable quote which allowed us to keep travelling abroad for our holidays.I have since recommended them to every one we meet who is having trouble getting holiday insurance. Excellent value for money and understanding about mild health conditions

I have early stage prostate cancer which is under control with hormonal injections every 12 weeks. I have no symptoms. World First have noted this without any increase in premium. Reviewed on: 19th September 2016
