Cancer cover without the ridiculous price

I have a terminal cancer that I could live with for another 30 years. Most insurers won't cover me. I still work, look and feel healthy and live life as normal apart from regular checks at the hospital. World first cover me and although I have to pay a premium and am unlikely to have to claim for medical they don't charge an extortionate amount.
