World First are the best in the business.

After trying other travel insurance companies and being turned down because of previous illness, I found World First and immediately was accepted by them and at a very acceptable cost. I will always rely on World First now. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Considering cancer.

Having a form of chronic cancer, WorldFirst takes into consideration the type of cancer and doesn’t automatically penalise the traveller, they delve more into the condition and charge accordingly unlike other travel insurance companies. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024
