Expert support with complete reassurance

I’ve used World First travel on all my climbing trips. I climbed in the Himalayas in 2011 with them, and then in 2012, used them for insurance when I climbed Mount Everest. Fortunately I didn’t need to claim, but in 2019, I managed to break my arm in the Italian Alps, and they gave me advice and support and helped my partner and I during the long repatriation process. Sensible pricing for people with underlying medical conditions

When I enquired why the cost of travel insurance was so competitive I was sensibly informed that people with pre-existing heart conditions manage their health rigorously and take suitable precautions, thus being a safer risk than many allegedly "healthy" or "fit" travellers. Wise words which makes this company stand out as almost all other companies penalise travellers who have had cardiac incidents and make travel insurance prohibitively expensive. Wish I had contacted World first , first .

I needed travel insurance for a cruise. I tried many specialist companies and because I have health issues I contacted those that promised to cover most conditions. They wouldnt cover me I was becoming very stressed because the few that would provide insurance quoted several thousand pounds for an annual policy. Then I found World First. I was asked specific questions relevant to me and I was offered an annual policy including cruise cover for a couple of hundred pounds. And the whole process was so easy and stress free. I wont be using anyone else now and have recommended them to everyone. Dont look anywhere else. World first are the best. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

The cover I needed at a fair price.

I bought travel insurance from World First early this year for a holiday in France which unfortunately had to be cancelled due to Covid-19.The cover was all that I wanted especially as I had received a bone marrow transplant in 2019,which I declared.Even taking this into consideration,the price was very reasonable and when I had to cancel the policy the conditions were quite acceptable.I will definitely take out another policy as soon as I feel safe to travel abroad again.
