First choice for existing medical conditions

Using World First means we can now choose the holiday we want without having stress of finding insurance that costs the same as the holiday itself. We have transplant, diabetes and cystic fibrosis to contend with and I can't describe how hard it used to be vs how easy it is now. All thanks to World First. Reviewed on: 24th August 2020

I have been With World First for several years - always with a multi-year worldwide coverage and even if I did not need to make any claim, it was by far the most complete and comprehensive offer I could find. I have reduced if not put on hold my travels because of Covid-19 but look forward to starting free movement again - I shall return then to World First Travel Insurance. Only thing: do extend your coverage to cover travel disruptions due to Covid-19 and terrorism. Care-ful IS CAREFREE! Thank you! Reviewed on: 24th August 2020

The best for travel cover!

We have to shop around due to medical conditions that although cleared up years ago, we still have to declare and which, in my husband's case, still affects our premium. World First understand this and also offer varying levels of cover and with very fair prices. We like them anyway, and the fact that when we didn't renew during Covid 19 they offered an incentive for when we were ready to come back made us think more of them. Great Travel Insurance

My previous annual policy expired in April 2020, normally I would have renewed on expiry unfortunately due to Coronavirus and travel plans being disrupted I decided not to renew until 1/6/20. Now restrictions are being lifted I intend making use of my policy, I have found World First to be competitive on price and if you have any queries they are only a phone call away.
