Got my wheels spinning again

My wheels got damaged in a MTB event and we're not repairable, with 2 weeks before the next event Yellow Jersey managed to process my claim and new wheels were sorted in time. Amazing online customer service and always only a phone call away. Already recommended to several local riders purely of my experience. Reviewed on: 29th September 2017

Claim process made simple

Unfortunately I had an accident with my bike earlier in year cracking the carbon frame at the rear seat stay. Yellow jersey were brilliant, arranging quick pick up of the bike, arranged repair and delivered straight back, even waived the excess fee, personal communication throughout with a named handler. Made a potentially stressful experience so much easier and no wrangling or worry involved. Would definitely recommend highly to others. Reviewed on: 28th September 2017

Easy to set up and loads of information

Great communication and simple to take policy.

Having not needed to make a claim I cant rate that procedure, but from the moment of landing on their site Yellow Jersey held my hand through the process of taking out a policy. With all the information i needed on the website and a straight forward quote facility I was set up in no time and confident that I had the correct cover. Good value cycle insurance.

Friendly, quick and straightforward service

I insured my lovely bike with Yellow Jersey and was so glad I did, as when I had an unfortunate accident mid-race, which completely destroyed my bike, YJ were quick to respond to my claim and the whole thing was sorted within just a few days.
