It’s quite simple and easy to simply shop around and find cheaper deals, but when you do, you may find the new deal and the ‘actual person’ who you wish to speak too, in order to resolve a claim or enquiry, just wants to tick a box and move! However, with the team at YJ, I was answered quickly and professionally by people who I felt cared about why I was calling, and promptly assisted me in resolving my enquiry and claim.
