BE VERY CAREFUL – MISLEADING AND FELT LIKE A SCAM My experience with Zable has been absolutely unacceptable. In my opinion, the way this application was presented felt like a scam and was seriously misleading. I was shown that I had been accepted for a credit card with a credit limit of up to £4,000. Based on that representation, I continued with the application, agreed to the credit search and signed the agreement. Only AFTER completing everything and accessing the app did I discover that the actual credit limit was only £500. Had they clearly shown me £500 before the hard credit search, I would NEVER have proceeded. Even worse, when I complained, Zable asked ME for a screenshot of what THEIR OWN system showed me. Why should customers have to screenshot every stage because they cannot trust what is displayed during an application? From my experience, this feels like misleading people into proceeding with a credit application and then presenting something completely different afterwards. I personally felt scammed by the process. BE VERY CAREFUL. Take screenshots of everything before applying, particularly before consenting to a credit search. I have closed the account and made a formal complaint. If Zable does not properly resolve the matter, including addressing the hard credit search, I intend to refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. I would NOT recommend Zable based on my experience. Reviewed on: 6th September 2026

A seamless and helpful credit building experience
