Avoid Zempler bank.

I have been banking with Zempler for 2 years. Recently i received a payment from a client and subsequently received an email stating my account is temporarily restricted. They advised this is a routine check that can be resolved same day or within upto 72 hours. The time passed and i am yet to receive a response. They have not asked for any documentation or anything. I have been calling daily and receiving different answers, i have offered to provide invoices etc. They do not understand this has resulted on us loosing a valuable customer, delays on a project where we have to pay cancellation fees and as a business without a bank account to do further trade. We can not pay people or be paid. Net loss to date is approaching 50k and they think this is a joke where they can hold money just because they want to. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

Bad experience

I had very bad experience with this bank.They stop my account without any reason.i contact with customer service alots of time they not give me any valid reason to block my account. 7 weeks gone they not tell me anything about my account. Reviewed on: 28th October 2024

I received a Refunds from company think comms o2 big company £1772. And Zempler hold my money that Refund com from with the invoice i already sent to Zempler. And they are telling me 72h or may this payment go back just waste of time this bank 100% Zero Reviewed on: 16th October 2024
