Weak Fraud Support & No Apple Pay

Very disappointing experience with Zempler Bank. Around three years ago, money was taken and spent from my account due to a scam, and I did not feel the bank took sufficient responsibility or provided adequate support during the process. The handling of the situation reduced my trust in their customer protection.
