Closed my account, awful customer services

Closed my account unannounced. Lied saying the issue were down to me not providing all information with I have the evidence of. Customer services were shocking, management wouldn’t talk to you. Business banking simplified and yet secure.

Business banking has been made simpler by Cashplus. Unlike other banks it has simplified the process of opening an account without sacrificing rigorous statutory checks. My only difficulty has been Cashplus doesnt accept cheques. Reviewed on: 21st March 2024
