Highly recommended for business banking!

A great online bank, would highly recommend. Easy format and easy to make transactions and download statements. Never had any issues. Also very easy to set up when a start up business, didn't take long and up and running before high street banks. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Great systems and great service

i have used Zemplar for business banking for a few years now, the updates and improvements to online banking, invoicing and paymenst make accouting and transactions so easy. I have used customer services before, they were so helpful and responsive. I don't think i will go anywhere else again. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Adding my card to Google pay.

I had issues with adding my card to Google pay. I contacted customer services and tgey explained I was not alone in that issue. They explained some instructions to follow and it worked and my card is now available via my Google wallet app. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

I am satisfied with the services of your bank.

I am satisfied with the services of your bank. Transfers are fast and have additional security measures, which makes me feel safe. The only downside, and a big one, is that when I received a tax refund check, I could not cash it anywhere; no bank or post office would accept it. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026
