I've been a loyal customer of Zempler Bank (formerly known as Cashplus) for my business banking needs since 2016, back when it operated primarily as a prepaid card service before obtaining its full UK banking license in 2021 and rebranding in 2024. Over these 10 years, it has consistently proven to be a reliable partner for my small business operations. One of the standout aspects is the ease and efficiency of their business account features. The fast online signup process got me started quickly, and the in-app banking tools—like instant payment notifications, spending insights, and the digital receipt capture—have made managing my cash flow and expenses straightforward. For instance, being able to tag transactions, attach receipts, and generate invoices directly in the app has saved me countless hours on admin work, allowing me to focus more on growing my business. I also appreciate the ability to make cash deposits at any Post Office, which is incredibly convenient for handling petty cash without extra hassle. I've used their Business Go account, which has no monthly fee, and it provides unlimited free incoming payments with just a small charge for outgoing transfers beyond the initial few.
