Overdraft limit fault, great customer service strength.

The bank has been great since the past 6 years of banking with them, however they have managed to put a cap on the overdraft limit for businesses like mine who have been giving back a lot to them. Even though I am not happy with the limit set, I must commend the bank for the great attitudes of their workers, always informed and ready to help in difficult situations. Good business bank account

Cashplus bank, unlike a lot of other newer banks, has both an app and a good online website - most non high street banks have no online presence or their website is not very user friendly. Annual fees and transaction fees are minimal so easy to account for. I’ve marked the bank down by 1 star because it’s Euro card is expensive to use, and there is no cheque paying in facility.
