Not smooth banking like other online or street Banks

They ask so many question as soon you withdraw or transfer any payment from bank no issue for receiving money but issue on transfer. I provide all information they asked for, it took me more than a month to justify why i transfer the payment. After every 7 or 8th day they remember to ask justification for something.
