Absolutely The Only Viable Option For SME's

Poor response from customer service

Calls to customer service are friendly enough but lead to very little action. Emails are not responded to. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Really helpful and easy to use

On the few occasions, I have had to contact Cashplus bank, ( lost card and lost PIN) I was impressed by the speed at which the issues were dealt with. It was very quick and easy to open the business account, I just wanted a simple business account that I could connect to my PayPal account for online payments, and Cashplus ticked all the boxes for me. Makes everything easy

Easy, convenient and intuitive.

Fabulously easy to set-up and establish a business online bank presence. The phone application is very intuitive and accommodates more than one account. I’d like to see less bank charges for overseas payments - £15 every time? Otherwise, excellent. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
