Can't fault things

We had one major high street bank take eight weeks to consider our application, then they lost all our signed documents and wanted us to start again. Another took nine weeks to decide that as we had had an account with them years ago but closed it, they wouldn't offer us another one. We had an account open with Cashplus after 15 minutes with no issues. Everything worked first time and a couple of minor queries we raised were cleared up quickly and efficiently by the call centre.
