Poor service for new businesses

Running a business during Covid was a struggle, but we still manged to not only keep our head above water but also increase our sales. Imagine our horror when we told we have too much money in the account and then CashPlus refuses to increase the amount we can have in the account!! We are then asked to contact our customers and ask them to write a letter confirming it was them that paid money into our account..... not impressed.... Reviewed on: 12th February 2022
