From start to help, fab!

From the start of setting up the account, the updates and confirmations coming through just eased our new business in to banking. The fact that you have a UK number to call if issues occur is a godsend. Not that I have had to use this much, but I did need some help and it was given to me straight forward'ly (if that is a word!) I felt I could call with any questions but apart from needing a key pad to log in, we have had no further issues. They gave us their support and it has been, and is still, very much appreciated. No problems
