Horrible service, Horrible bank. RUNAWAY

This bank is horrible. The customer service is rude, non of their managers want to speak to customers, they are taking 4 months to make a mo ey retrieval and no one seems to have an update on that. They keep promising deadlines they never meet and never tell you why. Ive had a horrible experience with this bank and if you dont believe read the reviews. Because i didn't.
