Dodgy Bank

I had the worst experience with CashPlus Bank. The international transfers are something that even the COMPANY"s EMPLOYEES do not recommend. They have a common IBAN and they keep requesting for different kinds of documents over and over again and it is just a dead end for transfers. On top of that you do not have a direct line for their payments team. The only thing you can do is get a reference number, write an email, and never get a response from them regarding your transfer. Worst bank. Keep away

I am definitely not one for giving a review be it good or bad. But I am so digusted with the attitude of this cashplus bank that I am left with no choice but to add my voice and share my bitter and ongoing nasty experience with this company. They don't even deserve a 1 star. Zero star and beyond is what I give them. Here is my story..sometimes ealier this year, I tried to log on to my account but couldn't. I decided to call only to be told by a guy who answered the call that my account is under review and that he has no further information to pass unto me to me, other than me waiting. I called again when I got a phone call from HMRC informing me that the bank has returned the payment . I called again and again and basically I was being told the same thing. Few months ago, I received a notification from my credit scoring that there is a default on my account. Simply because I had used the overdraft facility. While I have no objection paying, how could I pay the overdraft when they have blocked my account and no money can go in? Got a letter saying that I should log into my account. Common sense how can that work They recently blocked a hugh payment from going on the 1st November 2021. So what do they want me to do? . They are not helpful and are making no sense.one is willing to pay but you have blocked all avenues to pay. I shall be making an official complaint to their regulator and will also copy some of these reviews which is similar to mine . Causing my diabetes sugar level to be evelated. It is not nice. This is a simple matter if only they have allowed all the monies to go in, then the overdraft would have been cleared. I don't care if they block the account as they are the worst bank on planet earth. Just allow money to go in . It is so painful when they deliberately put a stisn on my credit rating. I will fight my case. I think we all who have shared our bitter experiences should write a letter of complaint to their regulator. I will champion this Reviewed on: 28th December 2021

Cashplus bank is scammer

Cashplus bank is scammer , reviews are showing %33 of customers scammed by Cashplus, restricted my account about 2 months ago and don’t give my money back. Never open account in Cashplus. Emailed all invoices they asked over phone but no update, Can someone from executive manager look in above matter. Cash plus got licence recently and service they providing is ridiculous. Can some from answer me how we run our business card merchant services setup with cash plus, all aour cash flow is affected as we can't receive card payment, can't pay invoices. Even Cashplus customer team refuse to give us final outcome so we can go to financial ombudsman service. Reviewed on: 21st December 2021

I regret opening up a buiness account

I regret ever opening up a business account with CASHPLUS. Avoid at all costs. There are 299 better banks in the UK, than CashPlus There is a common theme in all the complaints on this thread. My experience with this bank as a customer is they are not willing to provide you with service, are misleading, and misrepresent their International processing bank. Cashplus hold on to large payments and misdirect their customers that the funds are elsewhere. Their call center/customer services team (Joke of a title - Customer services) direct you to their website and use the same script. Opened an account in July on the recommendation of a company registration business. In October i received a Mailto move my money out of the account before December. I have been trying to transfer money for a week now without any response. You have a customer service team that can only send Email to back end support. I need to complete on a property and i cannot pay. Deposit or stamp duty with sellers pulling out today if i cannot pay them. My biggest regret ever. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!! Amazing bank that came to help when i most needed it.

Really impressed with this bank. Much nicer and simpler app to use than the high street banks. Customer services is very fast and efficient in answering telephone calls. Most of all when I thought it would be hard to get a business bank account with an IVA, They setup accounts without credit check. Reviewed on: 20th April 2021
