Very Good, Hassle Free Service

They do what they say on the tin! Everything you need and they do it pretty well too! My only negative thought is that it takes a while to process a payment in/out of your account instead of being instant, maybe Cashplus are not a member of the Faster Payments Scheme? Efficient and easy to use.

Took 30 days to pay me back 200,000 euro

Tried to transfer €200,000 to CashPlus. They took the money even though it exceeded their limit, which was my mistake for not reading their T&Cs. But can you please explain why it took 30 days to get it back to the issuing bank? We live in the age of electronic banking and not in the time of the Medici. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
