So easy to use!

Easy to set up, easy to use, and on the one occasion we needed to speak to someone we got through without having to wait for ages, and the member of staff was really helpful. Would definitely recommend Reviewed on: 15th March 2021

Top Quality Service

I have always found Cashplus Bank to be superb in their service and help when required. Initially I just held a business account with Cashplus, but was so impressed with the bank I then also set up and personal account with them. Which says it all really! Reviewed on: 15th March 2021

Does exactly what it says on the tin!

I opened a business acount with CashPlus as the High Street branches didn't want to know me as my new business had no credit history, even though I didn't want credit! Signing up with CashPlus was quick, painless and everything was don online in minutes, with my card coming in the post a few days later. Never had any problems with running the account or with contacting them on the rare occasions I needed assistance. Top marks. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021

Flexible easy to navigate

I have been using Cashplus since December 2020. I find it very flexible and if like me, you are able to do all the activities yourself online, cuts a lot of standing in line. However the cons are, cannot accept cheque deposits at post office and the most important and maybe a deal breaker, the heavy charge for receiving money international payments £15 per transaction. To me it is outrageous and could possibly put people off. I personally will reassess once lockdown is over and high street banks are open for new business accounts. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021
