Perfect Service

Great customer service, go above and beyond to help.

In December 2020 I noticed that I had fraudulent activity on my account, I phoned customer services and within 48 hours I had a full refund which was over £200 and no future payments could be made to that particular organisation again. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021

Really simple

I started my business last summer, during peak covid. CashPlus was the only bank that kept it simple for start-ups like myself to open a business account. Clear fee structure, no gimmicks. Fast forward to 8 months later, our relationship is still going strong, with the added advantage of all them now being a full-fledged bank. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021
