When I inadvertently missed a payment, customer service were very understanding and supportive and reversed the charge I had incurred. The app is very user friendly and my account runs very smoothly. I have had 2 credit limit increases in the last year so this has been a great tool for building my credit rating too. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
