NO COMMUNICATION

Very poor service, I have tried to Cancel my Credit card 4 times now and I have no communication back from then I have cut it up and thrown it in the bin and have made a complaint to the Ombudsman service think they can treat customers any way they wish Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

When I’ve had to phone When I’ve had to phone the bank Cashplus all the people that I’ve spoken to. I’ve been more than helpful. They take the time to make sure you understand everything when you need help they take time and trouble and don’t rush so you know exactly what to do and where you are with them.
