The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the fact I cannot get a balance - everytime I ring to check my balance the automated response is "Zero balance and Zero available to spend..This means I then have to speak to an advisor and can wait 10-15 minutes before I actually speak with someone...This fault has existed for over 18 months.
