The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the fact I cannot get a balance - everytime I ring to check my balance the automated response is "Zero balance and Zero available to spend..This means I then have to speak to an advisor and can wait 10-15 minutes before I actually speak with someone...This fault has existed for over 18 months. Easy affordable card

Got this card six months ago. It was an easy process to apply, everything was sorted promptly. Downloaded the Cashplus app and it takes you through everything in one place, balance, payment dates etc. I have found this card suitable for my needs and would recommend to anyone.
