Bad App and bad Update on my spendings

User friendly

The app is very user friendly, on the two occassions i've had to speak with customer services I didn't have to wait on hold a lifetime which is SUPER important with working full time juggling a house and a family and all of my enquires were resolved quickly and the staff were very friendly and helpful. 10/10!
