Excellent service

Excellent service, with no hidden extra charges. Would recommend them to family and friends. Cashplus also have a Easy app to use to keep on top of your spending. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

Twice had funds removed from my current account without my authorisation

On one occasion had twice my monthly payment just taken from my account. No refund offered, they suggested I simply take it back off my Cashplus card. This was then subject to further withdrawal charges. More recently, I entered into a voluntary IVA over 4 months ago. Cashplus being a named party under this legally binding agreement. Out of nowhere had circa £900 removed from my account by Cashplus unknown to me! Phoned to tell them I had entered into an IVA. They couldn’t be less interested in assisting leaving me unable to pay my actual IVA, rent and other bills. Dreadful. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

Great bank to work with
