Started using Ziglu a month ago and I couldn't be any happier. You can transfer money from your personal account with ease plus change it crypto. It also comes with a lovely debit card. Reviewed on: 19th February 2021

Horrible customer service

This bank shouldn’t even be nominated. They’re ridiculous, they so called security and safety of our money is blocking your account when you transfer money to your own account also closing your account after you provide them with the evidence they ask you to provide. After that they go on and ignore every attempt you make to get the issue sorted. Horrible horrible fintech. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

It is so refreshing to have a bank like Ziglu finally come to the UK market. They offer complete transparency on their fees, have great application and that is simple to use and are very responsive with any follow-up. Great customer experience.
